MeiMei Wei is the Founder, Principal, and CEO, leading the firm with a principal-driven, execution-focused approach to development and high-value real estate transactions. She works directly with property owners and developers, overseeing pricing strategy, buyer positioning, negotiations, and full-cycle deal execution.
As the primary decision-maker and point of accountability on every assignment, MeiMei is known for aligning complex stakeholder interests and advancing transactions efficiently from strategy through closing.
With more than 20 years of sales experience, MeiMei brings a global perspective to each engagement. She is fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and maintains an extensive domestic and international buyer network, along with deep relationships across lending, legal, construction, and architectural disciplines.
In a 15-month period, MeiMei closed over $140 million in transaction volume, reflecting her ability to execute decisively in competitive and complex market conditions. Clients value her direct leadership, market reach, and disciplined execution, ensuring clarity, momentum, and results throughout the process.
Matthew Feast, CFA

Born and raised on Long Island, Matt is Founder and Capital & Strategy Advisor of the firm. He holds degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt brings over 20 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate lending, acquisitions, sales, and investing. Over the past 15 years, he has originated, sold, securitized, or invested more than $50 billion in real estate-related transactions through some of the world’s leading investment banks and financial institutions.
Known for his analytical rigor and execution-focused approach, Matt serves as a trusted advisor on complex real estate matters, including capital structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning.
In addition to his professional career, Matt was a three-time NCAA All-American wrestler at the University of Pennsylvania and a three-time national high school wrestling champion, reflecting the discipline and competitive drive he brings to his work.
